6、The car door moves flexibly without noise, safety touch screen, reliable function of photoelectric device, reliable action of car door lock switch, interlocking engagement of hall door The hook should not be less than 7mm.
7、Tensioning wheel, anti-rope wheel, balance wheel, rope return wheel, etc. are flexible in rotation and have no abnormal noise.
8、The oil quantity in the oil tank of the car and counterweight guide shoe should be sufficient, and the guide shoe should run smoothly without big vibration or abnormal noise.
9、The instruments, indicators and DLE indicate correctly, the operation of switches and buttons is flexible and reliable, the fire-fighting function and emergency lighting meet the requirements, and the intercom telephone, alarm and arrival bell are reliable.
10、The leveling device should work normally during the maintenance of the lift. The leveling accuracy of the AC frequency-controlled lift should be 15mm when the rated speed is ≤1m/s; the leveling accuracy should be 10mm when the rated speed is ≤2.5m/s; the braking time should be moderate.
11、Clean the machine room, shaft, car roof and pit; the machine room, car roof and pit are clean and free of debris and inflammable materials.
