How should I troubleshoot common faults in sightseeing lifts?

Common faults and troubleshooting of sightseeing lifts
The power supply is normal, but the lift does not have fast and slow trains. Main causes:
1)The fuse of the main circuit or control circuit is burnt out;
2)The voltage relay is damaged, and the contact point of the safety protection switch in other circuits is poorly contacted or damaged;
3)The wiring from the control cabinet terminal to the motor terminal is not connected to the position;
4) Various protective switches have not been restored.

Exclusion method:
1) Check whether the fuse of the main circuit and control circuit is fused, whether it is installed, and whether the fuse is clamped in place. Troubleshooting according to the inspection.
2) Find out if the voltage relay is damaged. Check if the voltage relay is sucked in, check if the voltage relay coil is connected and check if the voltage relay operates normally. Troubleshoot according to the inspection.
3) Check whether the wiring of the control cabinet terminals is in place; check whether the wiring of the motor terminal box is in place and clamped; exclude intentionally according to the inspection.
4) Check whether the current, overload, weak magnetism, voltage and safety circuit of the lift have abnormal contact or action.

Lift downstream normal, upstream no fast. Main reasons:
1) Upstream a, two limit switch wiring is not real, switch contact poor contact or damage.
2) Upward control contactor, relay does not absorb or damaged.
3) Control circuit wiring is loose or off.

Exclusion method:
1)Connect the wiring of the limit switch contacts to the real, replace the contacts of the limit switch, replace the limit switch.
2) Connect the wiring of the downstream control contactor relay coil and replace the contactor relay.
3) Connect the loose or disconnected wiring of the control circuit.

The lift car does not stop when it reaches the level position. Main reasons:
1) Poor contact of the reed switch of the upper and lower level inductor, the size of the magnetic plate or the relative position of the inductor does not meet the standard requirements, and the inductor is not wired well.
2) Damage to the upper and lower level sensors.
3) Faulty control circuit.
4) The upper and lower direction contactors are not reset.

Exclusion method:
1) Connect the reed switch contact, adjust the inductor, and adjust the size of the magnetic separator or inductor.
2) Replace the flat inductor
3) Remove the fault of the control circuit.
4) Adjust the upper and lower direction contactors.

The car does not change speed when it runs to the selected floor. Main reasons:
1)The selected floor speed change sensor is poorly wired or damaged.
2)The size of the speed change sensor and the inductor plate does not meet the standard requirements.
3)Fault in the control circuit.
